I have been waiting a while for this mod to comeout. I was so happy when i saw it was released. but then i starting the game up. than the super fast mouse acceleration and way to dark even for a cyberpunk style game. I have never played deus ex but i was waiting to play revision for my first playthrough ever. i already owned deus ex goty steam for a long time btw im 17. i just decided to not play revision at all and just play deus ex goty with mods. 7/10 for great effort to the revision team but revision its not great its decent.
THE GOOD: There are a few new level events and a couple of stages that actually fit the mold of a "revision" that ties in seamlessly with the philosophy of the original game; namely, the Gas Station and parts of the Area 51 finale. The outro cutscenes actually fix a few wonky moments (Gunther running awkwardly towards the chopper after Paris then trying to run in a circle) that are appreciated. There are a whole ton of customization modifiers with all sorts of weird challenges (though whether anyone's actually going to attempt any of this is the real question).
deus ex revision achievements
THE MEH: Tons of achievements, at such a level that it almost becomes a joke when the game showers you in them for virtually any action you take. It tries to ape moments from the "Conspiracy" PS2 port without adding in any of the extra level design choices from that port (like routes that benefit lesser-used skills like Swimming). The Collectibles Mode is broken (you get absurd Damage Resistance if you find enough of them), but it makes exploring the new levels a bit more fun.
Achievements are badges you earn for achieving certain goals, and each one increases the amount of milk you have (except shadow achievements). They were introduced in version 1.026. As of version 2.048, there are 569 normal achievements and 16 shadow achievements, totaling 585 achievements. Additionally, there are four dungeon achievements related to, of course, dungeons.
The number shown on the stats page represents the normal achievements, which are counted by default. Shadow achievements are uncounted until they are earned, and are then shown as (+1) (if one shadow achievement is earned, for example) next to the number of normal achievements in purple text.
CpS boosted by Golden/Wrath Cookie effects, the Shimmering Veil, the Golden Switch boost, loans from the Stock Market, or Sugar Frenzy is not applicable for these achievements. CpS drain by Wrinkler withering does not affect the ability to earn these achievements. These achievements are based on "Raw cookies per second" which is now shown on the Stats page directly below "Cookies per second." Unlike other CpS boosts, Krumblor's auras directly affect raw CpS.
Shadow Achievements are achievements that are "either unfair or difficult to attain", and require more time and effort than regular achievements. The following 16 achievements do not count towards the Milk percentage, nor will they show up on the stats tab until you have achieved them.

Some icons of prior achievements were changed.
1.036: Leprechaun is a normal achievement again. Sacrifice, Oblivion, From scratch, and Nihilism are no longer Shadow Achievements. Antimatter achievements added. Upgrader and Centennial added. Mathematician and Base 10 adjusted for Antimatter tier (although the descriptions aren't).
1.035: Engineer achievement added. Leprechaun, Black cat's paw, and Nihilism added as Shadow achievements. Leprechaun is once again a shadow but now requires 777 golden cookies. Fortune takes the place of Leprechaun as the 77 gold cookies achievement.
1.03: Achievements Builder, Architect, Enhancer, Augmenter, and Cookie-dunker were added. Mathematician was hidden for short time when a bug associated with it and Base 10 was being fixed. The total number of achievements is 72.
Achievements are awards you earn when you perform a certain task in the game. Some are much easier than others. As of Version 1.5.9, achievements reward Merit Points instead of Town Points when completed and each achievement may only be obtained once. Below is the list of all achievements. Serious Sam 4 has 54 achievements on Steam, which are worth a total of 1000 Gamerscore points on Xbox,[1] and 52 trophies on PlayStation, 47 of which are bronze trophies, 5 silver, 1 gold and 1 platinum trophy.[2]
Meow Medals are a feature implemented in the Version 9.0 Update. They are achievements earned by completing certain tasks, such as beating Legend Stages or earning cents during battle. Unearned Meow Medals are displayed as grayed-out question mark tokens, except for secret Meow Medals, which just appear as question marks. Secret Meow Medals' names and descriptions are displayed as "???" before they are unlocked, they are unlocked just before beating their respected criteria. The player can view their Meow Medals in the Meow Medals menu, which can be accessed from the Cat Base Menu.

In December 2022, the game's Winter Update released adding the new character Adrian as a hitchhiker, as well as adding the Meta Shop's Great Glorious Gacha, Prank Tokens, and achievements. It also released with a new DLC that allows you to encounter Amira and Oz, two playable characters, as hitchhikers/romantic interests.

In the academic medical community, compiling an academic portfolio is always a challenge because teaching has never been confined to the traditional classroom setting and often involves active participation of the medical student, resident, or fellow in the ongoing care of the patient. Diagnostic radiology in addition requires a knowledge base that encompasses basic sciences, imaging physics, technology, and traditional and molecular medicine. Teaching and performing research that involves this complex mix, while providing patient care that is often behind the scenes, provides unique challenges in the documentation of teaching, research, and clinical service for diagnostic radiology faculty. An academic portfolio is seen as a way to explain why relevant academic activities are significant to promotions committee members who may have backgrounds in unrelated academic areas and may not be familiar with a faculty member's work. The academic portfolio consists of teaching, research, and service portfolios. This article describes the importance of evidence-based nursing leadership in the development and evaluation of a joint academic-service nursing leadership journal club. The use of scientific evidence and the embracing of an environment of continuous learning are essential to quality practice; however, nursing leadership has been slow to apply evidence-based practice to their own work. A noontime monthly meeting schedule, incentivized by lunch, was organized as a nursing leadership journal club. Articles were selected and reviewed monthly, and the process was formally evaluated using a written evaluation at the end of year 1. Eighteen articles were appraised by the group with 6 topics identified. Positive results included increased knowledge, competence of the leader, and attainment of goals. Recommendations include revision of goals, plans to share leadership of the group, development of a rigorous evaluation of outcomes, and dissemination of findings. The journal club was valuable in increasing awareness of nursing leadership research, promoting leadership development, and improving competence in the performance of research appraisals.
